Kar Ortiga was born at the Karolinenhof Stud in Germany and bred by Dr. Nico Jung. She is sired by Kar
Testador and out of the mare WN Oromana, who was bred by Wayne Newton Arabians in the USA.
We acquired Kar Ortiga in the year of 2005 as a family horse and as our first Arabian mare and inspired us with her character throughout the years.
In 2006, she gave birth to the first foal to be born at Anthara Arabians: the colt Raja Antares (sired by a Classic Shadwan son). Her
filly La Oromana Bendita followed in June 2017, sired by BV Pigmalion, whose pedigree also includes Spanish Arabian lines.
